Department distribution: It is the decision whether the pie chart on the home page should be seen by employees or not.

Upcoming leave days: It is the decision whether the upcoming leaves card on the home page should be seen by employees or not.

Upcoming birthdays: It is the decision whether the upcoming birthdays card on the home page should be seen by employees or not.

Event calendar: It is the decision whether the event calendar card on the home page is seen by employees or not.

Files: It is the decision whether the "Files" field in the employees' own cards should be seen by them or not. (Each employee can only see their own files.)

Assets: It is the decision whether the "Assets" field in the employees' own cards should be seen by them or not. (Each employee can only see their own assets.)

Employee phone numbers: It is the decision of whether employees can view the phone numbers of other collagues. (This field only covers the business phone. Employees cannot view each other's personal phones.)

Organization chart: It is the decision of whether employees can view the organizational chart. This arrangement allows the employees to see the organizational chart on the upper right of the page after clicking on the employees tab on the left menu.

Custom fields: Having this option turned on affects only the unit managers. Employees cannot view private areas in any way.

Calendar: It is the decision that employees can view the calendar section on the left menu.

All leave days in the calendar: When this setting is turned off, employees can only see the leaves of people in their department. When you turn on this setting, they can see the information of the upcoming leave days for the whole company. (Seeing leaves isn't about seeing balances and details. Seeing leaves is to be able to get the information whether the employee is on leave or not.
