What are Profile Settings in System Settings?

Let's determine which information can be updated by your employees via the Mobile Application.

You can set it up so that your employees can edit their information via the mobile application;

  1. You can periodically send notifications to employees about checking and updating their personal information.

  2. If these notifications are needed, you can also make reminders manually via the mobile application outside the specified periods.

  3. When you click on the "Settings" section from the left menu, let's define what is in the "Profile Settings" section, which is the sub-title of the "System Settings" tab.

Personal: This is the area where employees can edit their Name - Surname - Identity Number etc. for organizing personal information and personal information.

Communication: This is the area where employees can edit their contact information such as e-mail and phone.

Address: This is the area where employees can edit their address and city information, etc.

Custom Fields: It is the need section opened by you to keep more information about the employees. You can manage the custom fields you have added so that your employees can edit them. If you want to create more titles in this field, you can review our "Custom Fields" article.

Emergency: This is the area where employees organize the information of people to be called in case of an emergency.

Bank: This is the area where employees can edit their bank name, IBAN, etc.

Links: This is the area where employees can edit their web addresses, links, and their names.

*In our "Information Section Settings" in the general area, you can send notifications to employees about checking and updating their personal information in 3, 6, and 12 monthly periods.

**You can examine the "Applications > Audit Log" to see the information updated by the employees. According to the updated field, the information of who did what and when is kept in this field as a log, as this information has been updated.

***To send a reminder via mobile, you have to enter the employee's card and press the "Send reminder" option from the three points on the top right.
