Let's examine the areas that can be edited in advanced system settings.

Hiring supervisor: The person to whom the employee's start date notification, termination date notification, and trial period end reminders were sent by e-mail. If you don't set a hiring supervisor, this e-mail notifications sent to the user with "owner" access type.

Trial Period: 1st and 2nd reminder: Hiring supervisor will be notified by e-mail one week before the end of the trial period you have set.

Head of visa operations: Person to whom visa requests are sent. If you don't set a hiring supervisor, this e-mail requests sent to the user with "owner" access type.

Duration of training expiry reminder (weeks): Trainings may have validity periods. For trainings with validity period; an e-mail notification is sent to the employee's manager before the expiry date. If you don't set a hiring supervisor, this e-mail notifications sent to the user with "owner" access type.

Select unit to be used for location: If you have not defined any unit under the location name in the company structure, you can select the unit you defined instead of the location here.

Select unit to be used for department: If you have not defined any unit under the department name in the company structure, you can select the unit you defined instead of the department here. If you are using the shift application, this definition also allows you to select the unit to be seen in the shift application.

Select unit to be used for title: You can select the unit what you want to see employees card's information part.

Limit visibility of employees by unit: When employees click on the "Employees" from the left menu, set a limit unit level they can view. (It's just viewing not editing.)
