To use the competence templates and questions you use in an evaluation in another evaluation, you must have previously saved the competence template

In the Questionnaire section in your competency evaluation, after adding your competencies and questions, click on the "Save" option from the "..." icon next to the Add Competence button.

2. Fill in the name and click on the "Save" button

When you come to the competency and question adding page, click on the "Import from Template" button and select one of the templates you have saved from the drop-down list. Then, click on the Import button, the template will be added to the evaluation.

If you want, you can edit the competency sets you added from the template.
