In the performance evaluation application, hover over the evaluation you want to view and click the "View" button from the "...." icon on the right.
From the "Participants" tab at the top of the page that opens, you can see the list of people included in the evaluation, goal status, progress, and completion status of those who assessed the person for competency.
You can filter company, department, title from the "Units" field on the Participants page.
