To participate in a performance evaluation where you are an evaluator, you can click on the link related to this performance evaluation to the e-mail address you registered in Kolay İK. You can answer the evaluation questions assigned to you on the page that opens.
To answer evaluation questions after login to Kolay İK:
Go to Apps > Performance Evaluation.
Click on "Competences" at the top.
Click on the "Evaluate" button to the right of the relevant evaluation.
Answer the questions on the page that opens and end the process by clicking the "Submit Evaluation" button at the end.
*The "Total rating" you see below is for you to have a general idea about the answers you have given to the competence questions. It shows the arithmetic mean without weights.
