When starting a new performance evaluation process, open the "Performance Evaluation" Application in the "Applications" on the left menu.
If you are going to start a goal-based performance evaluation; edit your settings first.
Click on the "Create New Evaluation "
2. If you have chosen a Goal and Competency-based performance, choose 100% weight weights. (For example, Goal Evaluation 70%, Competency Evaluation 30%.)

Performance Evaluation Period: When does the performance evaluation start and end?
Competence Period: From when to when can you reply to the competence survey?
Goal Entry and Approval Period: From when to when can you enter goal results in the system?
Goal Result Entry and Approval Period: From when to when can you enter goal results in the system?
