Create goal categories before starting a performance evaluation.

  1. Click on the "Performance Evaluation" from the "Applications" tab,

  2. Click on the "Settings" tab,

  3. Click on the "Add New" button in the upper-right section,

  4. Fill in the name and description of the goal category and hit the "Add" button.
