Open the "Performance Evaluation" application from the applications.
Click on the "Settings" button.
Select the "Scale" tab.
Create and save your scale with the "Add new" button.
Note: You can create different scales, both textually and numerically. The ones who create an evaluation can update the values of these scales during the "goal entry". They cannot view or change scale scores.
