1. Click on the "Apps" tab in the left menu and select the "Performance Evaluation" application.

  2. You can enter your own goals or your team's goals by clicking on the "Goals" option at the top.

To enter your own goals:

  1. Click on the relevant evaluation in the "My Goals" area. Enter the goal with the "Add Goal" button in the upper-right part of the page that opens.

  2. In the window that opens, type the goal name, description, weight, and goal value. For the Category and Scale sections, select the proper types for your goal.

    ***After selecting the goal scale, you can change the value section inside it.

  3. Complete the goal entry by clicking the "Save" button.

To enter your team's goals:

  1. Click "Goals" > "Others’ Goals" at the top.

  2. Click the "Enter" button on the right of your team members' names. Enter the goal with the "Add Goal" button in the upper-right part of the page that opens.

  3. In the window that opens, type the target name, description, weight, and target value. In the Category and Scale sections, select the proper types for the goal.

  4. Click the "Save" button.

  5. If you want to enter more than one goal for the same employee, click the "Add Goal" button in the upper right section and repeat the process described in the above steps.

  6. Submit your goals for the manager's approval by clicking the "Approve Goals" button at the top right.

  7. Repeat this process for each team member.
