Open the "Employees" tab and click on the name of the employee to be dismissed.
On the page that opens, click the settings icon in the upper right corner of the profile picture, then click the "Terminate" tab.
In the next step, enter "Termination Date" and "Termination Reason" in the window that appears before you. You can also dismiss employees for a future date.
If there are termination documents, upload these documents to the "Termination File", using the "Add" option. (Like a letter of resignation)
Finally, complete the process with the "Terminate" button.
Notice: If the access type of the person to be terminated is "Account Owner", this person's access type should first be updated to "Manager" or "Employee". If there is only 1 account holder in the system, you need to contact our team by connecting to support from the "? Support" section on the left side of your account. Our team will assist you.
