Asset Categories:

  1. Click on the "Settings" from the left menu then click on the "Rules" and select "Asset Categories."
  2. Click on the "Add new" button to create asset categories like computer, vehicle or mobile phone.

Add asset to the employee:

  1. Click on the "Employees" from the left menu then click on the employee card which you want to add an asset.
  2. Click on the "Other" from the top menu then select "asset".
  3. Click on the "Add asset" button.
  4. Select the asset category, write the serial number, select the date of the given assets, add a description if you want then save.
  5. If employees give back the asset, click on the "..." icon near by the asset record then select the "Return Date" and save.
  6. You can download asset record to keep via "Print asset invoice" button and take a signature from the employee.

Take asset report:

  1. Click on the "Reports" from the left menu.
  2. Select the "Administrative" report type.
  3. Choose "Asset report" from the menu then create.
  4. Click on the "Download" icon top of right. You can download the report as an excel or pdf.
