Asset Categories:
- Click on the "Settings" from the left menu then click on the "Rules" and select "Asset Categories."
- Click on the "Add new" button to create asset categories like computer, vehicle or mobile phone.
Add asset to the employee:
- Click on the "Employees" from the left menu then click on the employee card which you want to add an asset.
- Click on the "Other" from the top menu then select "asset".
- Click on the "Add asset" button.
- Select the asset category, write the serial number, select the date of the given assets, add a description if you want then save.
- If employees give back the asset, click on the "..." icon near by the asset record then select the "Return Date" and save.
- You can download asset record to keep via "Print asset invoice" button and take a signature from the employee.
Take asset report:
- Click on the "Reports" from the left menu.
- Select the "Administrative" report type.
- Choose "Asset report" from the menu then create.
- Click on the "Download" icon top of right. You can download the report as an excel or pdf.
