1. Click on the “Leave Days” tab on the left menu.

  2. Click on the “Policies” tab at the top of the page.

  3. Click on the “Legal Leave Policies” or any other rule you have already created.

  4. In the bottom of the page, click the “Add New Type&Rule".

  5. Then, choose type and “Add New Type.”

  6. Complete the necessary information on the "General" tab, then proceed with the “next” button.

  7. Select the “Limited To Year” from the “Limit” selection menu on the Entitlement tab.

  8. When you do that selection, new options will open. On the “Days” tab, specify the number of days that allowance entitled to.

  9. You may specify a period from the “Accural” tab.

  10. Select other options then proceed with the “next” button and save the changes.
