After creating the workweek plan, you can define it for your employees.

  1. Click on the "Employees" tab in the left menu.

  2. Click on the employee whose work schedule you want to define.

  3. In the general tab, you will see the "Current Workweek Plan" field, click on the "Workweek Plans History" button.

  4. Click on "Assign Workweek Plan" from the top right corner of your screen.

  5. Select the calendar you created from the list and specify the effective date of the calendar from the "Effective Start Date" field.

  6. Complete the process with the "Save" button in the lower right corner.

    *You can assign more than one workweek plan to your employee. The calendar is sorted in the system according to the start and end date. When you add a new workweek plan, only new leave requests from the selected start date will be affected. Past requests and approved requests are not affected by this change.
