Click on the "Apps" tab in the left menu and select the "Performance Evaluation" application.
You can enter your own goals or your team's goals by clicking on the "Goals" option at the top.
To enter your own goals results;
From the Goals menu, click on the "My Goals" tab.
Click on the "View" button in the right corner of the relevant assessment.
Click on the measure that corresponds to the result value on the scale. When you make a selection on the scale, the result and point values will be automatically displayed.
After completing your goal result entries, click the "Submit confirmation" button on the top right and send it to your manager for approval.
To enter your team's goal results;
Click on the "My Team's Goals" tab.
Click on the "View" button in the right corner of the relevant assessment.
Click on the measure that corresponds to the result value on the scale. When you make a selection on the scale, the result and point values will be automatically displayed.
After completing your goal result entries, click the "Approve Goal Results" button on the top right.
