- Go to the "Apps" from the navigation bar.
- Click on the "Mass updates" from the menu.
- Choose the employees that you want to set up a working day calendar.
- Click on the "Select operation" button from top of the right then click on the "Add work calendar" selection.
- Select the work calendar that you want to assign to the selected employees.
