1. Go to the "Apps" from the navigation bar.

  2. Click on the "Mass updates" from the menu.

  3. Choose the employees that you want to set up a working day calendar.

  4. Click on the "Select operation" button from top of the right then click on the "Add work calendar" selection.

  5. Select the work calendar that you want to assign to the selected employees.
