When you dismiss an employee on Kolay IK, an e-mail is sent with the title of "Employee Termination Notification" regarding this process.
If a person is selected in the "Hiring Supervisor" field in "Settings > System Settings > Advanced Settings", notification e-mails are sent to the person specified here. You can find details about Advanced Settings here.
If no selection has been made in the field of hiring supervisor, the mail is delivered to the manager designated in the employee's career. You can review our support article here to define a manager for the employee.
If no selection is made in the hiring supervisor and employee's manager fields, the termination notification is sent to the person with the "Owner" access type.
