If you didn't create custom fields yet, you can examine this article.
You can get a custom field report in 2 ways;
Reports > Employee;
Click on the Reports from the left menu.
Select Employee type from the menu.
Write Special Fields to the search bar or scroll down and select special fields.
Reports > Custom;
Click on the Reports from the left menu.
Select Custom type from the menu.
Filter custom fields by selecting sections in related fields.
Click "Apply" to create your report.
*When you click the download button, the report will be sent to your registered e-mail address.
